Okra Sauce - Peanut Butter Stew Takou

Guinean okra sauce, also known as Soupe Kandia, is a creamy and velvety stew, rich in flavors and traditions. Carefully prepared with fresh okra, beef, and fresh fish, simmered in red palm oil with onions and homemade spices.

Ingredients: Fresh okra, beef, fresh fish (tilapia or mackerel), red palm oil, onions, Maggi bouillon, salt. Fresh chili optional.
