Mafé - Peanut Sauce

Mafé, also known as peanut sauce or tiga, is an iconic West African dish, enjoyed in Guinea, Senegal, and Mali. Its velvety and creamy texture, achieved through peanut paste, makes it a comforting and flavorful dish, subtly sweet and spicy.

Ingredients: Peanut paste, beef, carrots, onions, tomatoes, homemade spices. Chili pepper optional.
